2D Platformer Game
After a childhood of many hours spent on Sonic and Mario, I achieved a life long goal and have constructed a short but fully functioning platformer game. The jump into Unity proved to be a steep learning curve for this non-developer, but a past in creating interactive media using Flash and more recently HTML5 has meant that this wasn’t totally new ground for me.
This project uses stock sprites from the Unity library (an amazing resource full of assets to help get you started) but the next stage is to create my own from scratch now that I have the knowledge to build this out into a full sized game.
Want to have a play? Oh yeah you do! Click here to try it out. It only works on desktop so be sure to check it out that way!
